The congress, which is closed to the public, is dedicated to the rigorous study of UFO phenomena and is meant to be a forum where researchers from Europe and other parts of the world can discuss ideas and explain their current research.
Organised by SOS OVNI, a private research group with offices in France, Canada and Belgium, the congress has already hosted renowned researchers from countries as far apart as England, China, Canada, Russia, Italy, Hungary, the United States, Switzerland, Belgium, Norway, Germany, etc. whether it be from the field of ufology or scientists.
Lastly, the congress has been very widely publicized in many of the aforementioned countries (as well as in Portugal and Romania) given the rigour of presented lectures.
